Server blueprints

A complete server for your kind of community, in one Apply.

A blueprint is a complete server for one kind of community: the categories and channels, the roles and their permissions, Discord’s own AutoMod rules, the welcome screen, the onboarding questions Discord asks new members, and the house messages (rules, how it works, role pickers). Five of them: Gaming community, Crypto & Web3 project, Creator & streamer, Brand & customer community, Esports team & clan.

You pick one, the bot compares it with your server and shows exactly what would change, drawn like Discord’s own channel list. Nothing happens until you press Apply. Roles are never deleted. A channel of your own is only deleted when you choose “Remove” for it yourself; a plan with an undecided line cannot be applied.

Plan: Free, on every plan

Your channels are recognised

A channel called “rules”, “general” or “announcements” is proposed as the matching channel of the blueprint: it keeps its history, gets the house name and the right permissions. Or you keep it exactly as it is.

The bot never asks for Administrator

It runs with a written list of permissions and gets its own permission overwrite in every channel, so no @everyone rule can take away its sight or its voice. The one step Discord reserves for an admin is shown to you, one button at a time.

Run it again any time

A second run over an applied server plans nothing but the routine refreshes; your renames stay. Switch to another blueprint and only the differences are applied.

How it works

The dashboard’s tour walks you through these same steps on the page itself, one setting at a time.

  1. 1

    Pick the server type

Five blueprints, each complete on its own. The Getting started page can pick it for you from three questions about your community.

  2. 2

    Decide, line by line

Every category and channel you already have gets a choice: keep it, remove it, or use it as one of the blueprint’s channels. The preview follows your choices as you make them.

  3. 3

    Give the bot its role

Discord does not let a bot change its own role. The Bot permissions card tells you the one step that is yours, follows the server live, and turns green when everything matches.

  4. 4

    Apply

Every action is reported as done, failed, skipped or “by hand”. The page follows the server as the bot works, so you see the categories appear.

Questions people ask

Will it delete my channels?

Only the ones you mark “Remove” yourself, and the confirmation names how many. Roles are never deleted. Messages the blueprint posted earlier are refreshed, not your members’ messages.

I renamed a channel the setup created. Does the next run rename it back?

No. The setup records the name it gave each channel, category and role; a name you changed stays. It renames only when the blueprint’s own name for that item changes in an update.

Does it work on a server that already has everything?

Yes. The setup adopts what it recognises and asks about the rest. Many servers end up with a handful of actions rather than a rebuild.

What does Discord’s onboarding get?

With Community enabled on the server, the blueprint writes the welcome screen and the onboarding prompts (the questions new members answer) so the channels and roles it made are offered to newcomers.

Add the bot, run the tour, invite your members

It takes one afternoon. The captcha, the roles and the welcome are waiting for them.
