Plans

The bot is offered in a Free plan and in the paid plans Pro and Business, plus add-ons, each for one Discord server. What each plan includes, and the limits of the Free plan, are on the pricing page and in the dashboard; the bot enforces exactly those. Prices are in euros per server, excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout according to the country of the customer.

Trial

Pro can be tried for 14 days once per server, without a payment method. When the trial ends the server returns to the Free plan; nothing is charged. Each add-on can be tried for 14 days once per server; on a paid plan the add-on becomes paid when the trial ends unless it is cancelled before that, on the Free plan it switches off.

Payment and renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions, monthly or yearly, paid in advance through Stripe. A subscription renews for the same period until cancelled. The Discord user who chooses the plan is the customer for that server; invoices, receipts and payment methods are in that customer’s Stripe portal, opened from the dashboard.

Cancelling

A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard or the Stripe portal, with no notice period. It stays active until the end of the paid period; after that the server is on the Free plan and keeps its settings. A subscription that has renewed into an indefinite term can be cancelled at any time with at most one month’s notice, as Dutch law requires for consumers.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer in the EU may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because the service starts immediately at your request, we deduct an amount proportional to the days already used and refund the rest to your payment method. To withdraw, press “Withdraw from this purchase” on the billing page of the dashboard: it shows the days used and the refund, asks you to confirm, ends the subscription at once and confirms the withdrawal on the page, by Discord message and by the credit note Stripe emails you. Writing to info@jpmetamods.com within the 14 days works as well.

Failed payments

When a payment fails, Stripe retries. The plan stays active for seven days after the due date; after that the server is on the Free plan until the payment succeeds.

Changes

A price change is announced at least 30 days before it applies to a running subscription; you can cancel before it does. Features may be added, changed or removed; a change that removes something a paid plan promised entitles you to cancel and receive a proportional refund of the current period.
