Everything that keeps a server safe is free, with limits on the community features. Pro takes the limits off. Business adds your own bot identity. Add-ons buy one feature on its own. Prices per server, excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

Add-ons, one feature at a time
On Free or Pro, when you want one thing from a bigger plan. Each add-on has its own 14-day trial once per server; on a paid plan it becomes a paid add-on when the trial ends unless you cancel it, on Free it simply switches off.

What you are paying for, and what you are not
Per server, not per member
A 100,000-member server pays the same as a 100-member one. The price is for the bot’s work, not your community’s size.
Cancel any time
From the billing page. The plan stays on until the end of the paid period; then the server is on Free and keeps every setting.
VAT handled
Prices exclude VAT. Stripe Checkout adds it where it applies and takes a VAT id for businesses. Invoices and receipts live in the customer portal.
Cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA
Whatever Stripe offers in your country. The card-less Pro trial needs none of them.
Questions people ask
Can I get my money back?
Within 14 days of a purchase, yes: the billing page has a Withdraw button (the EU right of withdrawal). The days you used are charged pro rata and the rest goes back to your payment method, with a credit note by email. After 14 days, cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period.
What happens when the trial ends?
The server goes back to Free unless you chose a plan. Nothing is charged: the trial has no card. Settings for Pro features stay stored; the features switch off until a plan includes them again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Monthly to yearly is charged now, minus what is left of the current month. Yearly to monthly applies from the next invoice with the rest credited.
How does a downgrade work?
It applies from the next invoice, with the unused part of the current period credited. Add-ons a lower plan does not need are dropped with it.
Is there a discount for many servers?
Not yet. Every server is its own subscription with its own plan, which keeps the billing simple. Write to us if you run more than ten.
Who pays?
The Discord user who chooses the plan becomes the payer for that server. Payment methods, invoices and cancelling live in that user’s Stripe customer portal, opened from the billing page.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries. The plan stays on for a seven-day grace period after the due date; after that the server is on Free until the payment goes through.
