Reaction roles
Roles members pick themselves.
A message with emoji under it; reacting with an emoji gives the matching role, removing the reaction takes it away. Your server blueprint posted pickers for game and ping roles in the roles channel; this page makes more. Discord allows 20 different emoji on one message.
Pick the channel, write the text or design an embed, and map each emoji to a role. The bot posts the message and adds the reactions itself; an emoji Discord refuses is reported and left out. Only roles below the bot’s own can be handed out.

Can a member pick only one of a group?
Not yet; each emoji is independent. Use one picker per exclusive choice and moderate by role.
