Invites

Who invited whom, with ranks for the best inviters.

The bot keeps a snapshot of the server’s invite links and, on every join, sees which link’s count went up: that link’s owner invited the newcomer. It recognises the vanity URL too. A member’s net invites are the members they brought in, plus any a moderator added by hand, minus the ones who left; “verified” counts those who passed the captcha.

/invites shows a member’s count, /inviter who invited someone, /inviteranks the ranks: roles the bot hands out at a number of net invites, set with /inviterank add in Discord, and takes back when the count drops.

Plan: Free, on every plan

Verified, not just joined

With the captcha on, an invite only counts as verified once the newcomer passes it, so bots do not inflate anyone’s score.

Ranks that come and go

Reach the number, get the role; drop below it, lose it.

In the welcome and the logs

The welcome message can mention the inviter with {inviter}; the join log names them.

How it works

The dashboard’s tour walks you through these same steps on the page itself, one setting at a time.

  1. 1

    Switch tracking on

The snapshot is taken now; earlier joins are not reconstructed.

  2. 2

    Members invite

Every join is matched to a link.

  3. 3

    Ranks and leaderboard

/inviterank add sets the thresholds; the dashboard lists every inviter.

What you control

Questions people ask

What if the bot lacks Manage Server?

It cannot read the invite list; the dashboard says so when you switch tracking on.

Add the bot, run the tour, invite your members

It takes one afternoon. The captcha, the roles and the welcome are waiting for them.
