Plan & billing

Everything that keeps a server safe is free: the layout, the captcha, AutoMod, moderation, the security audit, the welcome, three log types, and the community features with limits. Pro takes the limits off and adds the shop, social feeds, game server panels and custom branding; Business adds your own bot identity and more game servers. Add-ons buy one of those features on their own.

Prices are per server, excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Cancel any time: the plan stays on until the end of the paid period, then the server is on Free and keeps every setting.

Which plan, why (a subscription, a trial, a complimentary plan), when it renews or ends, and the add-ons on it. Invoices & payment method opens Stripe’s customer portal: invoices, receipts, the card, cancelling. For fourteen days after a purchase a Withdraw link is here too: the EU right of withdrawal, with the days used charged pro rata and the rest refunded.

Yearly is ten months: two months free. Switching a running subscription from monthly to yearly is charged now, minus what is left of the current month.

Pro has a 14-day free trial, once per server, no card: every Pro feature until it ends, then back to Free unless you choose a plan. Choose a plan opens Stripe Checkout; Switch changes a running subscription with the difference charged pro rata; Downgrade applies from the next invoice with the rest credited.

Custom bot, game server panels, social feeds, custom branding: one feature each, on top of Free or Pro. Each has a 14-day trial once per server; on a paid plan the trial becomes a paid add-on when it ends unless you cancel it, on Free it simply switches off. Add shows the exact amount before anything is charged.
